Led by former MLB player and first-round draft pick Kaleb Cowart, each session delivers high-level instruction, structured training, and real insight into what it takes to succeed at the next level.

Kaleb Cowart
Former MLB Player | First-Round Draft Pick
Kaleb Cowart is a former Major League Baseball player and a South Georgia native. He first gained recognition as a standout athlete at Cook High School in Adel, where he developed into one of the top baseball prospects in the country. The Los Angeles Angels selected him in the first round of the 2010 Major League Baseball Draft, and he made his MLB debut as a third baseman in 2015.
During his professional career, Caleb trained at Edge Performance, focusing on strength, speed, injury prevention, and overall athletic performance.
Today, he uses his firsthand experience at the highest level of the game to help develop the next generation of players.
