Designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, and feel better in day-to-day life. Perfect for all fitness levels, including beginners seeking guidance, intermediate and advanced individuals looking to elevate their training, and those ready for a smarter approach after injury or fitness burnout.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE CLASSES (AGES 9-14)
Designed for developing athletes, this program focuses on building speed, strength, and overall athleticism. We help young athletes build a strong foundation that translates across all sports and reduces the risk of injury.
CLASS TIMES:
Mon—Fri: 4:00—5:00 PM
Mon–Fri: 4:45–5:30 PM (coming soon!)

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
For those who want more individualized attention in a small-group setting, semi-private training offers customized programming and hands-on coaching. This is ideal for athletes or adults with specific goals.

Our team training programs are built to improve performance, build team chemistry, and prepare athletes for competition. Each program is customized to the needs of the sport and team

SUMMER 2026
SPEED CAMP
This 8-week Speed program is designed to improve key testing metrics, including Acceleration, Top Speed, and Change of Direction. Good for any athlete where speed is a priority. We will evaluate and track progress with our laser timing systems.
The price will be half for any athlete enrolled in our Sports Performance or High Performance Baseball classes.
June 3rd to July 31st

SUMMER 2026 BASEBALL CAMPS
Our 2026 baseball camps will be led by former MLB player and first-round draft pick Kaleb Cowart, with assistance from local high school and college players. Each session delivers high-level instruction, structured training, and real insight into what it takes to succeed at the next level. Open to athletes ages 8 to 14.
TWO SESSIONS
Session 1: July 6th - July 9th | 9am to Noon
Session 2: July 20th - July 23rd | 9am to Noon
